At the Vivekananda Institute of Vocational Training & Entrepreneurial Competence (VIVEC), we believe in empowering tribal youth through skill-based education, bridging the gap between potential and opportunity. As an initiative under Shroffs Foundation Trust (SFT), we strive to provide quality vocational training, enabling young minds to secure sustainable livelihoods.
VIVEC’s vocational training center focuses on creating an inclusive workforce, the Centre offers need-based curricula, self-reliance, experiential learning, and job placements. Through simulation training and industrial tie-ups, youth gain hands-on expertise in fields like technology, agriculture, and healthcare.
This initiative enhances employability, fosters economic empowerment, and enables entrepreneurial ventures, driving sustainable development. VIVEC’s programs bridge the gap between academic learning and practical skills, ensuring tribal communities gain a self-sustaining livelihood and resilience, while contributing to local economies and inclusive growth.

VIVEC conducts Employment Oriented Courses Exclusively for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe Youth, conducted under Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana and Tribal Development Department of the Government of Gujarat:

- Age Limit for Admission : 18 to 35 years for all courses.
- Certificate and Job Assistance : Upon successful completion of the course, a government-approved certificate will be issued. Additionally, job/employment assistance is provided by the institution.
